Standard Shipping

Standard delivery takes 15-30 business days. (I would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to coronavirus restrictions, the delivery time for the Goods may be extended). Please make sure that someone is at the specified address at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt. Otherwise, your order may be returned to us. If you provided your email address when ordering. You can track delivery information 24-48 hours after placing your order.

If no one accepts the parcel at the specified address, it can be returned to the sender after the first delivery attempt. Refunds depend on the shipping service.

Expedited shipping

For priority delivery via DHL, the package will be sent to the local post office from where a DHL delivery address will be made. Delivery time takes 4 to 7 business days. Shipping tracking information becomes available within 48 hours of placing an order. The cost of Delivery of the Goods by DHL courier service is calculated individually based on the tariffs of the operator.

TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS

For the return of goods, the client is given 30 days from the date of purchase. The return fee to Bolsunovskiy® (www.bolsunovskiy.com) (the "SELLER") is 15% of the total amount purchased. The returned item must be in good condition and have all original accessories, instructions and packaging. The SELLER does not accept (and does not return money for) goods purchased outside of Bolsunovskiy (www.bolsunovskiy.com).

 
Items returned with missing parts, accessories, instructions, or packaging, or items returned in a worn condition, will incur an additional charge of 15% of the total returned item.
We DO NOT accept faulty or damaged items. For example, products that do not have screws, or have a cracked case, disassembled items or items, are warranted for a limited warranty. All items sent back must have a valid (“applicable”) serial number and a “RA” (Return Authorization) request number; The request number must be obtained through customer service. Please send a message to info@almagia.com for a Request Number (RA). The answer will be sent to you within a day. You can contact customer support at any business hours.
SELLER does not cover shipping costs associated with returning items. Also, the SELLER is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transportation. Insurance of the goods to be returned to the SELLER is compulsory.

By purchasing the SELLER's goods, you agree to the terms of the return of the goods, which include payment of the commission for the return of the goods, payment for shipping and issuance of an insurance policy for the delivery of goods back. You also confirm that these conditions are legally binding and the SELLER is not responsible if the client is not familiar with them for any reason.
